Yes, we do charge late fees if you are outside of the 1 hr grace period for returning the car.

No, we do not charge additional fees except in rare cases (serious deep clean required to vehicle or smoking when prohibited).

In most cases we can accommodate your extension however this depends on the future bookings of the car.

If you are involved in an accident and another party is involved, call the police. Do not let the other party leave without providing insurance or identification. Take photos if needed. If the damage is minor pull the car off to the side of the road so as to not block traffic. If you are injured call emergency services and seek medical attention.

Contact the POC of the company in which owns the car. If you have any issues, then please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement.
